​KOEDAM​ DESIGN was invited to work with this client on the refurbishment of their retail premises, a Dry Cleaners, when their lease was due for renewal. 

​We worked with the client and centre management to deliver a strong design concept. The business was still operating during the refurbishment work with minimal disruption to customers and the business.
