A grand Sydney North Shore home in beautiful parkland gardens, was the location for this interior design project for KOEDAM DESIGN
With painting booked to commence as soon as we met with our client, our first scheme was to finalise a colour palette that was used throughout the home.
An interesting graphic, but elegant Interior Design concept was proposed for this classic home, through fabrics and a neutral colour palette of taupe , charcoal and greys. The culmination of this design concept, was designing two beautiful custom made rugs for the dining and formal lounge space. We linked all fabrics and existing furniture to these scheme and the spaces are linked through the rugs designs.
Artworks and mirrors were selected to add to the finished space.
The main bedroom was part of the brief. A masculine and abstract floral was used as the highlight to the bedroom fabrics. This theme carried through to a gold foiled leaf artwork that hangs in prominence in the room.
“ We are extremely proud of the work we have completed for our clients Susan Koedam
